JOB DESCRIPTION: Retail Store Cashier/Sales Representative (LAE)

1. Reports directly to the Team Leader.
2. Wears proper uniform and well groomed.
3. Is reliable, conscientious and dedicated.
4. Greets customers in a courteous manner.
5. Provides quote for customers.
6. Scans the products sold, checks barcode same in the system.
7. Completes, processes the sales thru Cash or Debit/Credit cards payment.
8. Counts money and reads instructions back to customer in an accurate and concise manner.
9. Assists customer, if needed.
10. Responsible for the float money.
11. Balances at the end of the day as to Cash, Eftpos, Cheque, Online payment.
12. Fills up and signs the Daily Sales summary for submission to Head Office.
13. Turnover the cash sales to the Team Leader or Store Manager.
14. Advises customers on the right products needed.
15. Works hand in hand with the team to achieve the monthly sales target.
16. Pays attention to product knowledge to achieve confidence in selling.
17. Displays and replenishes stocks.
